The reserve forest is located about 2km from Maran Town and 50km from Temerloh was established in 1985.  It is a well known place among visitors because of its famous waterfall and the forest that has been logged.  About 1,000 visitors come here in a month especially in the weekend and school holiday.  Among facilities provided are road, hut, bench, public toilet, dressing room, bridge, dam and repairing.  In addition, effort has been carried out to plant several types of tree as a beautification program.
